ew patch for Etherlords is available now in Files section.
Patch 1.04 significantly improves Etherolrds spell balance and
reduces the "monopoly" of the artifacts. This balance change enables a great
number of novel tactical options implemented in the initial game design and
makes many spell combinations more effective and practical. Besides, battles
will now feature a log file, that is, an easily accessible record of every
action performed during a duel. Also, the right of the first move will go
from one opponent to another in turn, and not randomly. The patch also
removes program and gameplay bugs detected for the moment.

he first on-line Etherlords tournament is over. The finals played during
the last weekend brought the following results: the first place goes to Ker
Laeda, the second - to Daruk and the third - to Alex_Killer. We thank
everybody for taking part in the tournament and congratulate the winners;
their well-deserved prizes for winning those tough battles are on the way!

he final stage of the Etherlords on-line tournament has started. 16 best
players from different countries will fight for the
title of the strongest Etherlords player. On February 1-2 games of the 1/8
final will take place, 1/4 and 1/2 final games, the game for the 3rd place
and final will be played on February 2-3. We invite all players who would
like to watch the final games to visit GameSpy server on Saturday and Sunday
nights. Check the final duels rules and schedule in Multiplayer/Tournament
section.

ratings have been confirmed by the Counsel of independent judges. 32 best
players have been chosen to participate in the next stage of tournament.
These players have been randomly sorted into 4 groups. Sortition results are
published in Multiplayer/Tournament section. The group stage rules will be
published on 15 January, and the group games will begin. Check

The ratings have been confirmed by the Counsel of independent judges.
Players can contest the results until January 13 by writing a letter to

Judges are calculating its results right now. Players' ratings will be
published soon in the section Multiplayer/Tournament. 32 players with higher
ratings will pass on to the next stage of the tournament which will include

participants of the tournament will be able to contest them by writing an
e-mail at tournament@etherlords.com. The final ratings will be published on
